At Cherry Blossom PACE, we make it easy and convenient for participants to access their needed healthcare and support services. It’s our privilege to serve and support participants to help keep them as independent as possible.

Making it convenient

We provide transportation services to and from the center. We also provide transportation for preapproved medical appointments. All transportation services are managed and coordinated through Cherry Blossom PACE.
